Deliveries are within UK and Northern Ireland only. All prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT, excluding any delivery charges. Delivery charges will be applied as quoted on the website at the time the order is placed with the exception of free delivery. Read our Delivery Policy here.
The Health Collection (including https://thehealthcollection.com) uses secure data third party payment collection platform ‘Stripe’ and does not retain any customer payment method information. Payments are via debit cards and credit cards only. Please note that customers are responsible for any additional fees/charges incurred by their choice of payment method. The Health Collection does not accept any responsibility for third party fees or charges.
Credit Card Payments – These transactions will be checked and approved with authorisation code during the checkout procedure with payment being charged upon the customer placing the order. In case items are unavailable for any reason the customer will be informed and the relevant refund amount returned via payment collection method.
Debit Card Payments – These transactions will be charged and debited at the time of placing the order. If any items are unavailable and we are unable to supply we will inform the customer and refund these items within 2 days of taking the payment. Please email all queries to [email protected]
