When used in stomach and abdomen massage, rosemary oil soothes and calms gastrointestinal distress such as bloating, wind, nausea, cramps and constipation.

Uses: For stomach/abdominal problems blend 5 drops of rosemary oil with a teaspoon of coconut oil and gently massage into your stomach/abdomen area in an anti-clockwise motion, add to a diffuser and inhale deeply to help relieve stress, anxiety, negative emotions and insomnia, for painful and/or inflamed muscles or joints blend 5 drops of rosemary oil with a teaspoon of carrier oil and gently massage into the affected areas, as a hair treatment mix 1-2 drops of rosemary with approximately 20 drops of jojoba oil and massage into your scalp for 2-3 minutes, leave in for at least 30 minutes (up to several hours), then apply shampoo directly tot he oil and massage through, rinse in very warm/hot water, re shampoo as required to remove all oil and continue with your normal hair routine, add a drop to water and rinse your mouth for up to a minute to remove bad breath.

Precautions

We advise that before using, you perform a small patch test on your inner forearm or back. Apply a small quantity of diluted essential oil and cover with a bandage. If you experience any irritation use carrier oil or cream to further dilute the essential oil, and then wash with soap and water. If no irritation occurs after 48 hours it is safe to use on your skin.
