Directions: Can be used up to 4 times a day. Use the pipette supplied (with 30ml bottle only) to place a drop of oil directly onto the cold sore or place a couple of drops onto a clean fingertip to rub into the cold sore or lips. Use as needed up to four times daily on cold sores or twice daily as lip moisturiser. Cold sores can be contagious so remember to wash your hand with soap and water after applying, to prevent spreading the cold sore to other areas.
