Lemon Essential Oil has a cent that is delicately sweet, crisp and zesty and is uplifting and gently energising for body and mind. A naturally purifying oil, lemon is often used to add a positive atmosphere and make you feel cleansed and mentally refreshed.
Uses: Add to a diffuser, room mister or burner to cleanse and refresh your space, clear lingering odours, dispel negative energies and uplift the atmosphere, antibacterial properties make it a wonderful yoga or meditation mat and space cleanser by adding a couple of drops to water and wiping down, Add 5 drops to 20ml carrier oil and use in lymph drainage massage or rub the oil into problem areas.

Precautions
- Can cause sensitivity so be sure to use only in very low dilutions, a patch test is recommended (see below)

- Avoid using if you suffer from diabetes.
We advise that before using, you perform a small patch test on your inner forearm or back. Apply a small quantity of diluted essential oil and cover with a bandage. If you experience any irritation use carrier oil or cream to further dilute the essential oil, and then wash with soap and water. If no irritation occurs after 48 hours it is safe to use on your skin.
