Our natural arnica ointment (Heterotheca inuloides) is popular for its pain relieving and health promoting properties and is particularly useful in treating sprains, bruises and exercise related injuries. *Do not apply to broken skin.
Arnica is naturally antimicrobial and anti inflammatory perfect for relieving sprains, bruises and swelling, as well as muscle aches, pulled muscles and muscle spasms. It can also be used to help heal scar marks, minimising their appearance.
Directions For Use: gently massage a small amount of ointment onto affected areas twice daily. Note: do not use on broken skin or take internally.
